Structural Health Monitoring System (SHMS) is a structural condition monitoring system developed by PT Drei Meta Dinamika, a civil engineering consulting company born from the ITB academic ecosystem and supported by lecturers and professional practitioners in the field of structures and infrastructure. SHMS is designed to help infrastructure owners and managers monitor the behavior of bridge structures in real-time, accurately and continuously through the integration of sensors and data visualization systems.
Monitor structural conditions directly without waiting for periodic inspections, so that changes in structural behavior can be detected early.
Technical decisions are supported by actual data from accelerometer and tiltmeter sensors, not just visual observations.
Helps identify potential anomalies and risks of structural failure before they develop into serious problems.
Seluruh data terekam dan dapat digunakan sebagai dokumentasi kondisi struktur untuk evaluasi, audit teknis, dan pelaporan.
Acceleration on the X, Y, and Z axes represents the structure's dynamic response to traffic loads, environmental vibrations, and daily operational activities, which are displayed in the form of time-series graphs to support analysis of patterns, trends, and fluctuations in structural behavior.
Tiltmeters monitor changes in a structure's tilt to detect small deformations that could potentially occur due to ground shifts or dynamic loads. This data helps evaluate the stability and potential risks of critical elements.
Data is collected from several sensor units. Sensors are separated by:
Each sensor can be analyzed individually or as a whole system
The Warning Message menu functions to display notifications about structural conditions based on real-time sensor monitoring results. The system provides information when parameter changes occur that require attention, thereby helping users make early responses and make technical decisions quickly.
Presents sensor data recorded continuously over time, both on a daily scale and for certain periods. This data is used for trend analysis, evaluating changes in structural behavior, as well as comparing structural conditions in the short and long term.
Provides a summary of structural monitoring results in the form of structured technical documentation. This report is used as an archive of structural conditions, technical evaluation material, and to support the reporting process and sustainable management of infrastructure assets.
